Our Terms & Conditions state that refunds for our CV distribution service are typically not issued, except where legally required or at our sole discretion. We focus on delivering the agreed-upon distribution service effectively.

2. Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis according to our Terms & Conditions and applicable UK regulations.

Our primary service is a one-time CV distribution based on the package you purchase. There isn't a recurring subscription to cancel in the traditional sense. Once you submit your details and payment, we initiate the distribution process.

CvFax distributes your CV based on the criteria (location, industry) you select during the sign-up process. We send it to relevant recruitment agencies, staffing firms, and potentially direct employers within our extensive UK database that match your preferences.

The CV distribution process typically begins shortly after you complete your submission and payment. The full distribution across the selected network can take between 2 to 30 days, as outlined in our Terms & Conditions (Section 14.6). This timeframe allows for methodical delivery and depends on various factors including network load and server responses.

Yes, the distribution report is a key feature of our service. Once distribution is complete, you can access a detailed report via your CvFax dashboard.

• The report includes information such as the names of placement/staffing agencies contacted, their location (Country, State/County, City), industry category, and the status of the email campaign (Sent, Delivered, Opened/Read where available), providing transparency on where your CV has been sent.

While CvFax significantly increases your CV's visibility among relevant UK recruiters and companies, boosting your chances of getting noticed, we cannot guarantee job interviews or offers. The decision to contact candidates rests solely with the recruiters and employers based on their specific needs and your qualifications.
